I'm here to tell my story of what happen to me six yeares ago, and what people to learn from it.. here is my story:
melissa's denied justice

I use to work for a large corpation called Wal-mart, who we all know as a family store, is which I thougt the samething about Six years ago; when I worked as a photo tech, in which I loved my JOB and what I did. When wal-mart first hired me they knew I had a math problem so that is why the had placed me in the Photo Lab, were I prossed film for the customers; about two month into my JOB I was told that I have to move to another Dept. in which I had no problem dueing because I had just moved out on my own and had my own place I could home.. They had told me that I have to be a cashier or lose my job and they had many postion's that were open at the time I had said to them that I had a problem counting money, they had told me if I did not take the job I would not have one at all, so I took the job as a cashire in which they knew I had problem's counting money. About 5 month's into the job manger T had took me to the office were general manger Gary Gurlock and some other's had been,they said have a set so i set down and they had said if i had any finical money troubles at home and I said what does that have to due with my job; well we have witness saying you were stilling money from the register about $15000 dollars, i had said well let me see the VIDEO TAPE. Oh we don't have it right know so im free to leave the room they had said yes you are free to leave the room and so i got up and went to the door and the door was locked and manger Gary Gurlock had pushed me down and said you did this and you have to say you stoled the money or els. Long strory short I had 5 different public diffenders and a dum juge in which said you take the offer or go to jail for 3years at the time i was so confused and scared, I had as what about my fair right to a trial he had said i dont care... so i took the offer and to this day im still trying to fight it... ps please forgive me I cant spell that well
